There is no cable access, but tenants can hook up their gaming systems, rent movies to play on the DVD player, or use their own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts to watch movies on the TV. They can also log into their Pandora accounts using the DVD player. The property is located about 5 minutes off I-26 in a beautiful rural area but is on a main road that is state maintained (so is cleared quickly in inclement winter weather).
