Any stay exceeding these limits requires prior written consent from the Landlord and a formal lease amendment. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Subleasing, short-term rentals (such as Airbnb or VRBO), and assignment of this lease are strictly prohibited. The property is to be occupied solely by the tenants named on the lease agreement.
