There is a laundry facility on the property in the basement of the main house accessed through the back door with an individualized key-pad code. Utilities are included in rent price: water, electric, propane, internet, disposal. We do not allow pets of any kind or smoking. We can do custom leases (30-day minimum), or month-to-month leases. We offer a reduced rate of $1,250 for 6 month or longer lease. The house is available starting July 1st.
