    The photos of our home is worth a 1000 words of description. It is a very private and quiet neighborhood, and around four minutes from I80 Some features include a fireplace, washer/dry room, large two-car garage with lots of cabinet storage, and two 'professional' looking sheds, each of approximately 120 sq. ft. We have considered joining the two sheds and making an additional living area. The property is on the SW corner of Northgate Park in Reno. This park is manicured, beautiful, and very safe. New frig, washer/dryer included, new bathroom fixtures, new roof, and some outdoor furniture included. Walk to Westergard Elementary, Bill Hurst Middle, and Robert McQueen high school. These are all rated 9+ on the national rating system. We have no intention of selling our home, so you are welcome to have a lease of more than a year. The tenant is responsible for all utilities and, if you are somewhat talented, we expect our tenant to do minor repairs. We will pay for the materials. Smokers (people who smoke) and pets are not allowed on our property. There is a two-car garage and two more parking spots in the driveway.
