The outside areas of the property and home must be maintained and kept neat and presentable at all times. Renter will be responsible for water, gas, electricity and any other home related fees. Any home or property repairs or needs should be reported to landlord immediately. Pets are welcome but a refundable deposit is required. All damage or cleanup associated with the pets will be the responsibility of the renter. There is no smoking allowed in the house. If any terms are broken there could be an extra fee of up to $500.
