    2 Rooms available for rent ASAP can be rented separately at 850 for the larger room and 750 for the smaller one or can be rented together to have private living room area for a total of 1500. Rooms are very large and have large closet space as well. Private shower available for renters but located on first floor bathroom. bathroom itself is shared but no one else would use the shower but renters. Kitchen is shared but the fridge upstairs is not but there is a fridge available to share in basement or you may add a minifridge in your room. full use of the back yard is ok as well with some exceptions on previously indicated days like holiday parties or such. Basement can be shared and laundry is available for use there as well. Guests allowed but please no loud noise past 11pm or more than 2 guests at a time without letting landlord know ahead of time. Landlord maintains private living rooms on the first floor. The property itself is a large home in the suburbs with a nice big driveway with parking available in driveway if you dont block anyone in or lots of on street parking. The ideal tenant is a young college student or a young professional that is clean and respects the shared areas. Couples are acceptable as well as single occupants. Landlords live in the home as well but the rooms for rent are on their own side of the house and private. Pets are taken on a case by case basis but No Cats as the landlord is allergic. Renter must be ok with dogs as the landlord does occasionally dogsit and has own dog. We are very LGBT friendly as landlords son who lives here is Gay so any LGBT+ renter would be welcomed as well. Water and gas included but internet would be an additional fee and a small fee for electricity as well. We are motivated to rent out quickly and f interested tours of the room and home can be arranged and any additional questions asked in person or via text. no smoking allowed inside must be done outside parking available on street or in driveway for one car lease must be a minimum of 6 months
