Expansive and unobstructed views of Block Island, Block Island Sound, Point Judith Harbor of Refuge and the Rhode Island coast from south Narragansett all the way to Watch Hill. Cottage is vintage and cozy with a great maritime feel. No sheet rock. All walls are historic wood. We completely renovated the cottage in 2013. It is a completely unique cottage. Breakwater Village is a very quaint, out of the way, private community that is very social and family friendly. Steps away, the Breakwater private beach is inside the breakwater and perfect for relaxing and small children. Two state beaches are 3 minutes by car and Narragansett Town Beach is less than 10. And we are on a dead end street so no car traffic other than the 8 or so houses on our street. Well honor 3% commission to buyer agent.
