Incredible townhouse style apartment near Cooper Creek Park. Beautiful unit that was just renovated. Brand new flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances, paint, fixtures, bathrooms updated. property has gone through renovation on many units and upgrades to the project as well. storage units were just renovated and roof is brand new within the last 3 years. This is a great location. Did I mention the units have Washer and Dryer hookups too. We've renovated 9 units in the project recently and all have rented quickly. This is the last one available. We include landscaping, trash services and water. This is 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Rent is $975 month but we have one unit that has further upgrades with granite countertops and higher quality kitchen cabinets. Rent is $1050 for that unit.
