The back deck faces open forest for wonderful seclusion with patio furniture, propane BBQ, and new hot tub (May 2024). Upstairs: A spacious master bedroom with extra sitting area, dual vanity, and tub shower. This level also has a second master bedroom with queen bed and attached bath. Lower Level: The lower level bedroom has a double futon, sitting area, TV, vintage slot machine, games, and built in desk. Over Garage Unit/Garrett: This room features a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with one of the few comfortable pull out sofa sleepers, gas fireplace, TV, and a full bath with walk-in shower. The $1500.00 deposit will be applicable to the first months rent. The $3000 will be refundable at the end of the lease provided there isn't any damage or extra cleaning. A four month ski lease will have 3 free housekeeping visits. Each visit is a total of two man hours of cleaning and will help keep the kitchen, bathrooms, and house maintained during the lease. $275 a month total for the fixed utilities. This $275 a month pays for the water, trash, cable tv, and high speed internet service. A four month lease would have a total of $1100.00 (4 x $275) for the fixed utilities. The gas and electric will be switched into the tenants name at the start of the lease. The bills will be sent directly to the tenant. Frozen pipes will be the responsibility of the tenants if the thermostat was left lower than 55 degrees or turned off. There will be a $200 service fee charged by Agate Bay Realty if utilities are not transferred into the tenants name when the lease takes effect. We will send multiple reminders. $800-$900 for snow removal (estimate; each driveway is different). Half the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival (November 4, 2024) and the other half is due prior to move in (by January 3, 2025). Homes with hot tubs will have the tenant/s take over the hot tub contract. The costs are approximately a $250.00-$350.00 service fee per month and that includes a few services a month. Costs are higher if the water needs to be changed more frequently due to not showing prior to use, etc.. The homeowner will pay for the dump and scrub of the hot tub just prior to lease beginning and the tenant will pay for a dump and scrub at the end of the lease. If you decide you want firewood for your ski lease, you will need to contract yourselves. Agate Bay Realty can give you a list of firewood vendors. If there is firewood already at property, tenants will have to reimburse homeowner for wood used.
