Utilities are paid by the renter, Owner pays for outdoor watering. Summer and winter yard maintenance is the responsibility of the renter (snow blower, lawn mower and weed trimmer are supplied by the landlord). Pets are negotiable, based on the landlord meeting the animal. A $250 refundable pet deposit is required, and an additional $25. is added to the monthly rent.
