You can easily enjoy a stroll along the Neuse River greenway, visit the small city park, or check out the dog park. You're also just a short walk away from children's playgrounds, the community gym, and the community pool. Plus, behind the townhouse, there's a large lawn and the community garden that was a favorite play area for our kids. The location is really convenient too. It's close to 504 and 401 (far enough to keep noise to a minimum), grocery stores, various local businesses, schools (River Bend Elementary, River Bend Middle School, Wake Tech, etc.).
