I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at BrickTowne Johnston. There's still 11 months left on the lease (it was an 18 month lease). $1,000 per month (excl. electric and utilities which is around $75 total each month). It's a 1 bed 1 bath on the first floor. Has a little patio that you can enter and exit through rather than going to the main building doors. It has in unit laundry, newer appliances, no carpet, pet friendly, internet and basic cable included in rent, and secure package deliveries in the office. The property also has a dog washing station and a small pond near the back with a gravel walking trail around it. It is right off Merle Hay Road near the Johnston City Hall, Johnston library, and many restaurants. It's about a 5 minute drive from Merle Hay Mall as well. Rented in March 2022 for 18 month term. You will be subleasing it for the duration of the term, which is about 11 months. I have covered the $500 security deposit, and I will also cover the $150 sublease fee. Rent includes internet and basic cable. Subleaser will have to cover electric through MidAmerican and utilities through the city of Johnston. Pets are allowed. No pet monthly pet rent either. You will be able to easily park right in front of the apartment unit as it doesn't get very full.
