The entire apartment was remodeled in 2022- all new bamboo flooring, drywall, paint, new appliances (fridge with top freezer, electric oven and stove top, large washing machine and dryer), new on demand water heater and addition of the screened in cement patio. Both bathrooms have stand up showers. One bathroom is in the house in the hallway between both bedrooms. The other, master bath, privately enclosed and screened in, is just off the master bedroom, accessible through the back patio sliding door. The apartment comes partially furnished, if desired (furnishings can be removed if you have your own and don't want ours). Washer and dryer on site are shared with upstairs tenant. No pets allowed. All utilities (electric, water, internet, garbage) are tenants responsibility. 6 month lease for first term, then 1 year lease renewals for all subsequent terms.
