Very nice house The subdivision is nice clean safe and quiet. Animal and smoke free house too with all new hardwood flooring installed. The two living room floors are Radiant heated. Central heat is with oil and A/C. Cooking is propane. Water filtered and heated by electric. First and last months rent, plus a security deposit of 2000.00 each Has its own parking. The utilities are the responsibility of the tenant,which is Electric,propane for cooking,and oil for heating. First and last months rent along with security deposit $2000.00 each up front. I have water filtration system that needs salt pellets once in awhile,however I'll address that. There is a refrigerator and stove there. Should they go up I will replace them. Washer dryer are there and work however I will not be responsible for them should they go up. Again this is a non pet and non smoking house. "Back round checks will be done along with proof of funds for affordability" Issues Zillow application process have been problematic. To apply you should give your legal name that's on your driver's license, current address and phone number,your employer information,any social security information. If the information that is requested is not provided for examination within the email,that means I cannot make a decision to move ahead and will most likely be eliminated.
