    This property is the answer to the most common question I get, ''do you have an affordable tract with good deer, turkeys, close to home, ect ect ect. The answer is YES here it is. Presented as Russ Ridge 52. RussRidge's story begins at the gated entrance off very nice paved road. The property entrance road is graveled and leads under the oaks to the older but fully equipped 2br 2 bath split plan mobile home on community water and electric. Washer and Dryer, new dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and cook top. Small fire pit sits just off the mobile home providing outdoor gathering spot. Attached to the mobile home via covered decking is a storage shed for grills, chairs, maintenance tools, extra supplies, or anything not kept in the home. Just up the hill is the 2 bay covered barn with storage room in the middle. Plenty of parking for mowers and small tractor or 4 wheeler/sxs with room in the middle for small tools, stands, feed/seed or anything needing a locking door or protection from elements. The property itself is 52+/- wooded acres. Consisting of a beautiful mix of mature oaks, mature pine, and areas of browse and bedding. This place hunts big, by that I mean the rolling to slightly hilly terrain provides plenty of sight room and privacy for multiple hunters at one time. In place are 4 food plots, multiple stands including some nice ladder and box stands staying with the property, and multiple access entrances allowing minimum disturbance when entering the property for hunting. The current owner had planned for a 15 acre lake that could be put in with ease but has not implemented that plan to date. North Hinds county has a strong history of quality deer harvest and that can be seen in the game camera photographs.
