Our home is 2.5 hours from Erie and 2.25 hours from Pittsburgh and 1 hour from State College. We live at this residence but the units are completely separate. We were Super Hosts when we were on Airbnb. We decided to rent with Furnished Finders and have had rave reviews from the professionals on Furnished Finders. Our property is quiet, rural, with very few neighboring homes. The Rent includes ALL OF THE FOLLOWING UTILITIES ( ELECTRIC, GAS, WATER, SEWER AND TRASH) WIFI is included in the rent unless you prefer to provide your own.. We do flexible short-term and long-term leases with a 3 month minimum and a 12 month maximum. If we are doing a 12 month lease then there is a re-evaluation of the lease due to possible increases in utility expenses. A rental application will be required to be completed. We do require references within this application process. There will be a 1 month($1500.00) security deposit that is returnable upon inspection and evaluation of the property over 2 weeks after the lease ends and the tenant leaves the property. I require a walk through at anytime with a 48 hour notification before the walk through. I do not require renters insurance but I do think it is a great idea to own your own policy to cover anything that may be your property. This is a NO SMOKING INSIDE PROPERTY. However, tenants may smoke on the deck, or outside the entry door, or outside in the side grassy area between the house and the shed or in the side yard. NO PETS Tenants will Park in front of the entry door to the apartment and on the right-side in the driveway. Home owners will share the driveway to the left of the tenants vehicle and there is enough room in the driveway to park 3 cars across. If you have 2 vehicles or guests there is enough room to park behind your vehicle in the driveway. We have the ability to park in the grass on the other side of the house as well when guests visit.
