The home is in a quiet neighborhood near 417, Hwy 434, and 17/92. The room is 12x10 and includes a queen-sized bed, 55-inch TV, 6-drawer dresser and bookshelf, closet with storage shelf, and all bed linens. Space available week by week for $250 per week Or the full $850 per month The lease duration is 6 months Renters are responsible for all their food and toiletries. Bed linens are provided and are to be laundered by the tenant. No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval by the owner. No Smoking indoors The renter is liable for any damage that they cause. However, any maintenance will be done by the owner.
