Tenant is responsible for the yard upkeep and snow removal. Pets are fine as long as they are friendly and taken care of. A pet fee will apply. It is located at the foot of walnut creek hill in Fairview. I suggest you drive there to look at it before you call me to see if you want the responsibility of the yard.
