I am looking for someone to take over my lease that goes until August 14th. The unit is half of a duplex. You would have your own private garage with a garage door opener. There are also washer/dryer hookups. The washer and dryer in the unit are mine, but I'm open to selling them. The second bedroom is smaller and would be a great office. The property is managed by Real Estate 1. No pets, however, Real Estate 1 allowed me to have an ESA with documentation. Security deposit, first month's rent, and last month's rent are due at the time of lease signing. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, and internet
