I am looking for someone to take over my lease that goes until August 14th. The unit is half of a duplex. You would have your own private garage with a garage door opener. There are also washer/dryer hookups. The washer and dryer in the unit are mine, but I'm open to selling them. The second bedroom is smaller and would be a great office. The property is managed by Real Estate 1. No pets, however, Real Estate 1 allowed me to have an ESA with documentation.
