Hello, we have a very efficient and welcoming studio available attached to a main house (main house is currently occupied by a family with two dogs). There is a separate entrance and small patio for the studio with a bistro table and chairs. Inside there is organized built-in closet space, a full kitchen and bathroom. The pictures were taken on a cloudy day. On a sunny day, it's bright and warm. ALL utilities are included: water, sewer, garbage, electricity, gas, wifi. On street parking with permit. No pets please. No smoking indoors. We are long-term owners, responsive, and kind. We are renting the studio because our long-term tenant moved to a family property. We are not looking to sell this property anytime soon and we are not looking to make a ton of money off of it. We want stable tenants who will take care of this home.
