We have two large rooms for rent located in a quiet Arlington neighborhood. The home sits on over an acre and is tucked back off a private road. Plenty of parking and privacy. Both rooms include all utilities, wifi, access to common areas and pool. Rooms are rent ready now, there are two other rooms that will be occupied by other tenants. The rooms arent your standard room size, very large and the home is just over 3,000 sq ft, so plenty of room to enjoy without feeling boxed in. Each room rents for $225.00 a week with a 12 month lease commitment and a $900.00 deposit. All applicants will be required to undergo a background check, show proof of income and provide references.
