I have a two bedroom singlewide available for rent in Spencer in a 36 lot trailer park. It is a few miles from town, but just a short drive to town to visit the grocery store, bank, library, pizza place, and gas station. All trailers come with a storage shed on the lot. Tenant is responsible for garbage disposal as well as electricity through NYSEG and Ehrhart Propane for the heat and hot water. Tenant must mow and trim their own lot weekly as well as shovel their private driveway in the winter. No pets or smoking on the property. Our lease is month to month so, if at any point during the year, you want to vacate, a thirty day notice is required, and you are still able to receive your security deposit back. All adults (anyone 18 years or older) will have a credit check done as well as references (Landlord and Personal). There is a $40 application fee (non-refundable) which is due with the application. All maintenance is done by our company. Tenant just needs to mow and trim lawn as well as shovel/plow private driveway. No smoking and no pets allowed on premises.
