Single Room - $1500 Double Room - $1275 Triple Room - $899 Community Activities/Events: At Beach City, Campus 880, Casa Abrego, San Andres, Weldon, and 1056 Cliff properties, we strive to foster a sense of community and connection among our residents. To support this goal, we include a $150 annual activity fee per bed lease. This fee helps fund engaging community events, social gatherings, and activities designed to bring everyone together and enhance your living experience! Available for 10-month lease.
