Home is in good shape in a great neighborhood, just a few blocks from Burt Mills Elementary and Trader Joes a bit further. The roof, fence, and HVAC were all replaced a few years ago. Carpet will be replaced when I move out. There is lots of space in the basement, both finished and unfinished, that I have been using for storage and small projects. I put in a butterfly bush right by the kitchen, and there's honey suckle growing over the fence; there's a large cherry tree out front. Lawn maintenance is included in the rent. I will leave you my blendtech, keurig, steamer, George Foreman Grill, and some other kitchen items, if you want them. I will be right down the street if anything comes up. Please text my phone; I may be slow to respond to the Zillow messages. I have my own application; don't complete the Zillow application unless I've asked for it. No smoking or pets. First month rent and deposit due at signing. Initial lease term is 12 months. If you want to take care of the lawn, I will drop the rent $50. Renter insurance is encouraged but optional.
