My wife and I started this project 18 years ago. We did it piece-mill and not desperate to sell it. However, we are willing to entertain reasonable offers. It's been a long arduous process. We use an 18,000 BTU window to cool the basement. Our, last (June) electric bill was less than $103.98, water is less than $25, internet with 500MPS is just over $75. The basement is super easy to cool and heat. The lot is 3+ acres, surveyed. See photos.... Again we are not desperate, but willing entertain a reasonable offer. No contracts. The area is a small county, really a great place to live. It's 30 minutes to Berea and 40 minutes to Richmond. Give us a holler. A DIY, live in the basement work on the upstairs. There are several contractors in the area who can finish for you.
