This home is completely remodeled. You truly could not find another home like our costum 1950’s home. The main bathroom used for guest uncles a cast iron claw foot tub with shower and double pedi stool sinks with tiltable mirrors and gorgeous lighting, and ventilation. The floors that were originally hard wood have all been brought back to life within the past ten years and kitchen and bathrooms covered with a beautiful gray pergo. The kitchen was completely revamped we had the cabinets refaced keeping the original sturdy hard wood insides and changing the outside look completely(shaker style). Stainless steal hood with lighting and stainless steal dishwasher. We also took an old space in the kitchen used for the old heater and turned it into a pantry with costum double sliding barn doors. And where the old oven used to be is now a cleaning/broom closet. The sink is a large single basin black granite sink with beautiful curves. The kitchen counter tops are hand made using cement and the backsplash is a replica of the old tin ceilings you would often see in buikdings in downtown riverside. The backtard has a huge slab great for patio furniture and parties, a good size grassy area for kids and/or dogs and a play set with rubber mulch(for safety), and walkway to go to swing set or veiw plants was placed with stone. Rock lines the grass and planters to decide everything. And behind the garage we currently have a garden(space can be used for anything.
