Honestly, this is one heck of a house. It was a great place to start home ownership and now they're just wanting to get a little further out of town. There's lots of good to say - new roof, new septic system, hardwood floors, first floor laundry/mud room, mini split heat pump units, partially finished basement and a lovely screen porch to enjoy those summer evenings. You won't want to miss this one.
