The roof was updated in 2003. The windows were replaced in 2004. There is new carpeting in the great room (2006), there are wood floors in two of the bedrooms and a tiled hallway. The kitchen has a wood floor and the stove and dishwasher were replaced in 2001. Neighborhood Description It's a quiet neighborhood. We have a commons area with a large pond across the street. Deer Run has family oriented activities during the year, if you'd like to join. It's a great community for children.
