New toilets, new hot water tank. Home is 3 bed 2 bath with wood burning stove and baseboard heat. Detached "shed" has wood burning stove and power. Large covered wood storage area. Park your vehicles in the detached 3 gar garage with power and door openers. $1,500 a month includes electric and water. Snow removal is the tenant's responsibility. The lease includes the main house, the guest "shed", and the front 2/3 of the garage, (there is a separate storage area on the back.) There is an option for a 6 month lease and then month to month or a longer year to 18-month lease. The house has a wood stove but needs more wood. I have a snow plow man that will clear the drive way, around the mailbox, and garage turn around area for $60 a plow. Should you have your own tractor, plow, snow machine then you can save on this cost. Snow removal options to be discussed later... The best option for internet is Viasat or mobile phones work just fine on the property and a mobile hotspot is an option.
