Every room here has an unobstructed view of the Gulf and your private beach. The garage is located on the lower level and three stalls are provided for your convenience. A short jaunt up the flight of stairs to your tastefully decorated sanctuary. The home is turnkey furnished & all the modern conveniences of home are at your disposal. Throw open the sliding doors & let that breeze wash away all the stress. Second floor features a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry & half bath. A walk out balcony overlooking the water extends the full side of the home on both the second and third floors. The sleeping quarters are located on the third floor, with a master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master has an en-suite bathroom with King sized furnishings. The two guests rooms share a common bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a full sized bed and bedroom 3 has bunk beds. Each of the bedrooms has it's own slider entrance to the balcony.
