This furnished cottage is right on Bass Lake about 10 minutes to Traverse City. It's part of a resort that has a private entry and grounds. The cottage has one bedroom and one bathroom, perfect for one person. No smoking and no pets. We can do a month-to-month lease or up to 6 months. The security deposit includes last month's rent plus 350 refundable damage deposit. Maximum rental period would be November through April (flexible within a couple of weeks either way). We require a signed lease for all adult occupants. Most suitable for a couple or individual. An application is required with reference check.
