The first $50 of electric is included each month. It is in close proximity to homes so tenant has to be a good neighbor, no loud music at night for example. Outside parking spaces are $60 per month. There is currently no water to the shop. The lease is for 1 year at $850 per month. Rent will be prorated to the first and paid along with the deposit upon signing the lease.
