The property is in a gated community with only 5 mobile homes on the property. Each tenant gets their own key to enter and exit as they please but gate is locked at night for additional peace of mind. The other tenants have been long term residents and continue to enjoy the property due to its size, condition, central location and cost. The property is 2 blocks away from the fairgrounds in the international district close to bus routes, schools, library, CNM, UNM, Kirtland Air Force Base and so much more. Rent is $575.00 per month and this does cover the space rent and trailer rent and tenants are responsible for their own gas, water and electric. A $575.00 security deposit is required and $150.00 utility deposit at time of lease.
