If the account is sent to collection agency a $500.00 fee will be added to the account to cover the cost of collection. Tennant is to keep the in good shape Maintain it clean. Maintain front yard and back yard clean. As well as inside of house. If owner finds home to be under "unfair" cilinditions after contract, owner can null and void contract at any time and give tenant 30 day notice to evacuate.
