Ten minutes to Asheville City Limit, ten more to downtown. Eight schools are within 8 to 15 minutes. Applicants and occupants must be over 23 unless they are children of the applicant. **Furnished** Rent for stays over 3 months $3400. Quiet hours 9:00 PM-9:00 AM. No smoking, no late or large parties. No RV's or moving trucks over three days. Bike storage available. No use of outbuilding. TWO MONTH MINIMUM. WiFi, landscaping, utilities, recycling, and trash pick up are included. You must be over 25 to rent. Non shedding pet rent is $250 a month. One quiet dog who is already not allowed on furniture or beds under 19 lbs. and crate trained will be considered. Dog waste must be picked up DAILY in plastic bags and thrown in the OUTDOOR garbage.
