Solid waste containers (bins) must be kept on the side of the rental unit behind the kitchen wall. charging electric vehicles in the property is permitted ONLY with prior approval and will INCUR additional $100 / month. Trash bins should be placed near the curb on Wednesday evenings and they should be returned to their original assigned space by Thursday evenings. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. If pets urinate or damage sofas, beds or other furniture , a cleaning or repair fee up to $500 will be applied. We kindly ask that pets are supervised at all time to prevent any damages.
