Raised cover over part of it. The outside of the house was painted in 2015. The floors are white oak with laminate in the kitchen and family room. There are window coverings in all windows and sliding glass doors. The electrical panel was replaced with a 200 amp box. Trees planted in the front germ and a maple tree in the backyard. New gutters with covers mean less mess in the rainy months. The wood burning fireplace insert was added in 2014. The kitchen was remodeled in 2015 with new countertops and the bathroom was remodeled in 2014.
