We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house. It has central air and heat, washer/dryer hookups, and a monitored security system. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, the living room, and the dining room. There's also a nice, large porch on the front of the house. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. All applications are submitted in person during appointment to view the house. All applications are subject to review of reported criminal, sex-offender, and other available data. Applicants must pass an online Credit check and background check. Household monthly income will be verified to determine if sufficient. Applicants must not have any evictions within the last 5 years.
