There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, the living room, and the dining room. There's also a nice, large porch on the front of the house. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. All applications are submitted in person during appointment to view the house. All applications are subject to review of reported criminal, sex-offender, and other available data. Applicants must pass an online Credit check and background check. Employment and household monthly income will be verified to determine if sufficient. Tenant pays electricity, water, and sewer. No pets, no smoking allowed. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of yard.
