Date Available: December 1, 2025, $2100 per month rent with a $600 security deposit required. This property is managed by a responsible landlord using Avail landlord software. One-month, three-month, and six-month lease terms available for $2100 per month with a $600 refundable security deposit. Pets are allowed with a $350 non-refundable deposit. Utilities and deposit are dependent on lease-length; leases that are 1-3 months the landlord will be responsible for gas, electric, water, internet, and trash and the deposit will be $600; for leases longer than 3 months the tenant will be responsible for gas,electric, water, and internet and the security deposit will be $1200. This is a non-smoking house, all smoking/vaping must be done outside and all smoking waste disposed of properly in trash receptacles. Similarly all pet waste must be disposed of in the provided trash barrels. Upon the tenant vacating; the property and furnishings will be inspected. If there is greater than normal cleaning or maintenance needed for the property and furnishings, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be applied.
