This property has a bold stream that runs the entire length of the property and a nice spring that was one time used as a water source. Lee Osborne Rd is a paved state maintained road which splits the property with 2.75 acres on the right side of the road and 12 acres on the left. The 2.75 acres offers a beautiful building spot up off the road with easy access from an old logging road that could make a nice driveway. The 12 acres across the road has a couple of nice building spots but would need a bridge to access across the creek.
