Fully furnished, private bedroom that is open in my 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath condo in Silverthorne, up on Wildernest. Shared bathroom space off the hallway outside the bedroom, full use of kitchen, living room, dining area, and back deck. I'm looking for a full time roommate/tenant who is clean and relatively quiet. I'm an active, music fan, snowboarder, and work remotely. You will often have the place completely to yourself. Because of the housing shortage, I want to rent to a full time Summit County resident. 1 off street parking spot is provided. Since the place is fully furnished, there will not be much room for additional furniture, in your room or the common area, but there is storage below my condo. 6 month lease, which will renew bi-annually. I'm looking for a full time resident, not a seasonal worker. You will be responsible for $1250 rent and also 1/3 of electric bill. It may become available before April 1, I'll need to verify with my current tenant when he plans to be out.
