The only bills you would have besides the rent is the electric bill (usually around $120 or less) and your cable/internet bill -if you choose to have it(about $100 paid to cable co.) and $20/month to use on premise dumpster for trash (no hauling to road in trash cans). The house is very modern and extremely clean. You would be responsible for the yard and upkeep of flowers etc. We provide the mower.
