It's a very friendly neighborhood with lots of kids and great parks and a library very nearby. Connecting walls are double insulated and double drywalled, and separated by a bathroom and closet. Very little sound gets through. 2 raised garden beds are staying. Back deck is about 8' x 16', and there is an additional ground-level paver patio about 10' x 10'. There's some pretty good storage shelving built into the attached 2-car garage. All utilities are paid by the tenant (water, sewer, Nipsco, garbage/recycling.) Comcast/Xfinity is wired underground to the unit. Laundry available is for washer and gas dryer hookups only, current machines are not staying. Tenant is responsible for general grounds upkeep like mowing and snow removal. Security deposit of $1,400 is due at lease signing, rent is due on the 1st of each month beginning Dec. 1st 2021. If you pay the deposit and back out before Dec. 1st, the deposit will only be returned if another tenant is in place by January 1st, and it will prorated as though it was rent for December, and a $200 cancellation fee will be deducted. 1 year lease minimum.
