Move-in: ASAP Lease ends: June 29, 2026 Renewal after lease end date is available through the leasing office Rent: $2,400/month (water, wifi, trash, amenity, +1 parking spot included already) 5th floor unit with a beautiful courtyard view In-unit washer & dryer Dishwasher Private balcony 6-minute drive to UMiami 15-minute drive to FIU 3-minute drive to Palmetto Expressway entrance This is an official lease takeover, so we would sign a roommate switch agreement and be approved directly through the apartment leasing office. I'm relocating for a work opportunity in another city, otherwise I would absolutely stay! It's a great unit and location. Please message me if interested or if you'd like to see more photos/videos! After fees (trash, amenity, parking, wifi) rent comes out to $2,400. Renters are responsible for electricity (based on usage) and water (using a ratio utility billing system where tenants are priced based on what usage in the entire building divided by the number of tenants, for me it usually comes out to $15/month. Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. Parking is $50/month for the first car, and $100/month for the second (if applicable). Renter's insurance is mandatory and the leasing office recommends options.
