This is a room for rent inside a house in New Hope PA. All utilities are included. 1 person only. Shared full Bathroom upstairs/ powder room downstairs. Fully Furnished Room. Gym, Dining room, kitchen, Off-street parking. Country setting. Must have your own transportation. 1.5 Acres. Looking for a professional person to share this quiet house. I'm 65. Don is 62. I've been doing this a while. Some folks stay a few months; others stay for years. Laundry is in the basement, fully stocked kitchen. We collect first, last, and security at signing. You get three keys(2 front door and 1 room) and an alarm code. After messaging, I'll send a number to text to, then a call to set up an appointment. The phone call is a nice way to meet before meeting in person.
All utilities are included in the rent.
