TWO riverfront units available (1 and 2 bdrm) - I'm taking a while to find tenants who will love and respect this property and want to stay a few years as its a great spot! I really prefer someone with no pets, please. The 1-bdrm. is 2nd floor for one person ($1295) and the 2-bdrm. is a 1st-floor apartment for up to 2 people ($1595). Plus utilities. House is newly renovated throughout and located on a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street, close to Exit 13 off the Spaulding Turnpike and a 10-min. walk to downtown Rochester. Scenic patio with firepit and great outdoor space overlooking a river. The 1-bedroom has 2 walk-in closets. The 2-bedroom also has a sunporch, basement storage, and brand new fridge & carpet in living room. I just had the wooden floors refinished in both units, which are average size, not huge, and will fit a QUEEN bed but not a King bed. Please be non-smoking, have good credit and great references. Renovations include new walls and ceilings, tiled bathrooms, upgraded kitchens and fresh paint throughout. Interior photos are of the upstairs unit, while I finish the last renovation on the 1st floor. Seeking someone with 1) a good paying job(s) or income, 2) good credit, 3) great work track record & references, 4) non-smoking, and 5) be no more than 1-person upstairs and 2-down.
