This unique multi layered two-bedroom home is waterfront with panoramic views of Narragansett Bay and the Mt Hope Bridge. Additional bunk beds for sleeping on the third floor with access to the lighthouse tower on the fourth floor. Private, this home rests at the southern tip of Bristol, just a short drive to downtown Bristol for shopping, restaurants, and the Eastbay Bike Path. Wi-Fi, water, and ground maintenance in the monthly fee. This is a seasonal 6 month rental ONLY. Water, electricity, ground maintenance, and WiFi are include in the monthly fee. Main heating source is propane. There are mini splits for supplemental heat and a/c. This is NOT a student rental.
