Day trips to Providence Rhode Island, Old Essex CT (the Essex steam train), Yale/New Haven and Mystic Aquarium are among the local venues. Pets - Cat or Small dog only. Pet fees apply. Includes off street parking for 2 vehicles. After April rates are significantly higher. No Smoking. Includes a 500 sq ft basement. Cleaning fee is a minimum of $200 and depends on rental duration.
