The Zillow map keeps putting the "arrow" on the road but the house is set about 120 feet off the road towards the pond. Its a townhouse condo -- one of two units. The condo association land goes down to the lake front where we own a boathouse and a sitting area with steps down to the lake. We also have a floating deck about 40 feet out. 2 boats and 2 kayaks are available for experienced rowers. The town stocks the lake every year with fish and fishing is allowed.
